Beth's Story

I've lived in Grand Rapids Michigan now since 1987. I have 2 children ages 22 & 25 and a 2-month old grandaughter. I moved here after my now-ex-husband was headhunted by Amway to work their photo studio - so he left Aldermans' and we packed up and moved to Michigan - the first winter here I thought hell had frozen over and I was in the middle of it! But the winters are easy to deal with once you get accustomed to them. I work for a non-profit me...Expand for more
ntal health agency as their psychiatric coordinator meaning I manage the pschiatric staff/therapists and clients. I get back to High Point maybe once a year but when my children were little we were there at least twice a year - it's funny how you leave a town and loose touch, very rarely have I bumped into anyone I knew when I'm visiting. I don't plan on traveling down to NC for the upcoming reunion but would enjoy hearing from long lost friends !
