Life Hello old friends, this is Beth Stroud. It has been many years and miles since I attended Cooper City High School. So much has happened since that time. Alot of us were bussed around at that time. The early 70's had alot of turmoil but good music. I had some great friends that I hung out with that went to Rogers Jr.High,Hollywood Hills(I think) no hills in Hollywood Fla. Ha! Another Hi school that I can't even remember the name of over on the Dade County Line that they bussed us over to for approximately a year. Whew, long bus ride! Then it was over to the cubicles at the Cooper City Elementary or Middle School or something till they finished the New High School. Like I said alot has happened since 1973-73. Well, I married early, divorced early, have two chlildren and their names are Katie and Casey. My Children have blessed me with two wonderful grandsons. I have traveled alot and lived many places, eventually received my ged and then later on in my mid 20's graduated from Nursing and received my Assoc.Degree in Nursing. I did nursing and various other pursuits since then. Some include, Worked as a cook on a fishing boat in California, (loved this job) nursed for almost 10 years on and off. worked at my uncle's alligator and crocodile farm/attraction.Worked for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in membership sales(good gig), Worked as a restaurant cook.(this was real hard),Owned and operated an ostrich and emu ranch. ...Expand for more
