Life
My Pets
My daughter and I have run the full circle--started with a dog and a cat, took on hamsters, birds, lizards, fish, and are back to a dog and a cat. My father now lives with me and adds his dog and cat. Now my daughter a puppy as her college apartment dog, so Zita Bug visits Grandma once in a while. I love them all (the cat thinks the dogs need to go).
My Kids
My daughter is now a junior at her university. She genuinely is my treasure, and I want her to meet some ...Expand for more
of my old friends. I never understood that when my mother would make me meet her friends, but now it is such a strong feeling. I guess it's a mom thing.
My Job
I am the reading specialist at my school. I also teach English I-IV, depending on the year's asignment. Currently I am studying multi-media to add to my teaching skills. Our ex-governor, now President, mandated multi-media projects for students, so the schools are hussling to find teachers who can cover the assignment.
