Bethanne's Story
After High School, I went to Millersville University. Graduated in 1991 with a BA in English.
After college, I started working at Porter Instrument Company in Hatfield. They made dental gas flow meters (the machines that deliver the nitrous gas to you at the dentist) and industrial gas flow meters. I started out in the production area - needed something to start paying back the school loans - and ended up getting a job up in the office in Accounts Payable. Such a logical position after having an English degree - Not! After 11 years I was laid off due to slow times.
Found a position with Eagle Power and Equipment, a CASE construction equipment dealer in Montgomeryville, in their A/P dept in Sept 2003. I worked for a few months as a...Expand for more
temp, then was hired full time Jan 2004.
Married my husband, Daniel, in 1994. We met at a gas station/mini mart where I worked part time after college. He used to come in and order sandwiches. I made his lunches even before we were married!
We enjoy camping, NASCAR races, and spending time with our family and friends. I am still in touch with a few close friends from high school and college.
I am living in Blooming Glen now. With the exception of college, I didn't get very far from Sellersville.
For anyone who knew me through elementary into high school and is still wondering - yes, my dad still has all the reptiles! Some things will never change! I, however, am satisfied with just having 2 cats. Much easier to care for.
