After High school I went to Florida Southern College for a year before taking time off to go into the mission field. (Some of my closer friends know that although I was a bit wild in high school, this was always a passion of mine) I worked as a missionary in Benin, West Africa and can honestly say it was a life-changing experience! e got married in England and then moved back to Florida to finish school. We have three beautiful children, Sarah-8 yrs, Joshua-7 yrs, and Jonathan-4yrs. We are also in the process of adopting a little boy from Ethiopia named Joseph. We have been very blessed!! We currently live in Western North Carolina where I work as a Reading teacher at my children's elementary school, and my husband works as a pastor.
