Bette's Story

Tom and I have been married for almost 45 years. We moved from Redondo Beach to Bakersfield in 2000 and have a race shop (7's Only Racing) at Buttonwillow Raceway where we build and maintain race cars. Our daughter, Roxanne still lives in Redondo. Her son, Wil, is 20 and is currently serving in the Navy...Expand for more
. Our son, Scott, lives in Bakersfield where he is a captain with Bakersfield City Fire Department. He is married and has two children, ages almost three and 1-1/2 years. I have worked in marketing and public relations and had my own consulting firm, I now work full time with Tom in our racing business.
