Betty's Story
My grown up story is the following: I got married to David Warlick in June of 1967 we lived down in south Texas for a while then moved back to Port Arthur we have two beautiful children a boy Clayton and a girl Tracy. I worked for a pretty good while for Larry Thomason doing drafting really enjoyed it. David and I stay married for 18 years then went our separate ways. Then two years later I married Preston Achord {he is the best thing ever along with my children that has came my way]. We lived in Groves for alot of years then we moved back to Port Arthur. I lost my son to cancer 9-29-07 I miss him so dearly. My daughter is beautiful and is a very successful bank manager in Leauge City, TX. we ...Expand for more
go there every weekend. I have two handsome grandsons by my son and two beautiful granddaughters by my daughter. I lost my sister Jeanne to cancer four months after my son we miss her dearly too. I work for a company Pro Marketing for the last five years we do merchandising in the Home Depot Stores in this area. My husband Preston works for the city of Port Arthur. We hope to retire soon and move close to my daughter. We love to ride our 2006 Harley Dresser and have gone on some beautiful trips. We also have my sons 2006 Sportster we had got for him right after he had got sick. He got to ride for about a year he loved it so much. So now we ride for him. And that's my grown up life as to now.
