Okay, I guess I've confused some of you. No wonder, because I met some of you at Noble Elementary and Shore High in Euclid, Ohio before my family moved to West Palm Beach, Florida in 1948. If I had not moved I WOULD have finished high school with the Class of 1950 at the new Euclid High, but I transferred to Palm Beach High and graduated as a "Wildcat" from the "School on the Hill!" Yes, Florida has a "hill" (just a few feet above sea level) in West Palm Beach! Palm Beach Junior College and F.S.U. occupied my next four years and I began my teaching career with eight years as a fourth and third grade teacher. I finished with 22 years as a high school art teacher after earning my Master's in Art Ed in 1969 at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.. Art was always my first love! Funny . . . I always wanted to be a ballerina when I was growing up. My family and friends thought that was a silly idea. As it turns out, they were right because I have a habit of tripping over my own footprints ... but hey, I do love doing the foxtrot!.
