Betty's Story
Life
In June, 1960 I married Bobby Lott, and we had five children - two daughters, Lanora and Laura, and three sons, Darryl, Dean & Dale. They range in age from 35 to 45. Lanora and her family, Dean and his family, and Dale all live in Oklahoma City where we moved in 1976. Darryl and his family live in California, and Laura and her family live in Millerton, Ok.

e Dallas area. Then in October he died unexpectedly, so my plans began to change again! About 9 months later I went back to work in another church office. After a few months, I had the opportunity to go to a retirement center to be administrator of the independent living section of the facility; later I became administrator of the assisted living section also. After about 8 years I retired, but I was bored so I began "subbing" in the school system. Now I work full-time in the library at a middle school and love it!
