Betty's Story
25 years in less than 1000 characters...Hummm, let's see....After high school, I went to Hanover College where I earned a BA with a major in psychology. I then went mobile. I moved to Las Vegas NM to obtain a MS degree in life sciences (I switched majors...midlife crisis). I am currently a professor at Luna Community College where I teach Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Microbiology, Biology, and sometimes Math and other science classes. an extravert that it is down right scarey! I love my job, my family, my students, my collegues, my church family, and most of all God for blessing me with all of these things. I am also a student and plan to obtain either a CNP or a PhD in nursing by 2014...that's the goal at least...it depends upon how much reality interferes with it. If not 2014, then 2015 or 2016...2050 whatever, the time does not matter. I will get there and I will have as much fun as humanly possible along the way.
