Beverly's Story

Larry and i retired to a ranch near Thayer, Missouri in 1993. We love it....we had cattle for several years,; however when hay prices skyrocked to $50.00 a round bail we decided it was a rather expensive hobby. We decided to build a log home by a lake in Horseshoe Bend, Ar to entertain our families. in 2000. It is located 40 miles from the ranch. Because our grandchildren are now parents ...Expand for more
they are busy working and driving some 300 miles to visit us they do not visit that often. We have the vacation home for sale. Larry turned 80 this July and I am 88 years old. We are in good health and are enjoying our lives. We are kept busy being Directors of our local Food Pantry and being involved in our church.
