Beverly Hazzard:  

Life I live on an acreage in Kelowna with my 3 dogs. After grad. from Auburn I took nursing (2 years WWC and 2 at Glendale Adv. Hosp.). Married had two children, worked in California 13 years. Moved to Kelowna, B.C. in 1982 with my two children and started work at Kelowna Hospital where I worked in Admin. for 20 years. Spent the next two years in Cranbrook, B.C. as Acute Care Director for the East Kootenay Health Service Area. Returned to Kelowna as Project Manager with Interior Health Services and BC Ambulance to address the Critical Care Transport needs of rural/remote B.C. We were granted a full year of funding for our Critical Care Transport Team and recognized by Health Canada as one of 3 "innovative partnership" programs that was profiled at their 2004 summit conference. At the completion of that I decided it was time to 'retire' and spend more time on my 'electronic commerce' business. It is interesting and exciting so that has turned out to be a great decision!! Christina (Hazzard) Watkinson lives in Mission, BC where she does freelance photography as well as hospital dietary, and her husband is Assist. Fire Chief. My son, Troy, and wife Michelle live in Kelowna with their two young daughters, Jaia and Shae and their son Tarik. My main passion (apart from my children, grandchildren and my dogs) is sailing with Tall Ships in the Caribbean. I also keep very busy with my "Elder" responsibilities at our local SDA church.
