Bill's Story

Life Mid 40's? No Way! Hill? What hill? I didn't see any hill? I decided early on to concentrate on a career first and wait for the family. So i retired at 34 and got married a few years later and started a family. Crystal and I built our house a few years ago outside of town on top of a mountain. We actually did all of the work ourselves. It was a blast. NEVER AGAIN!!! We put 3,000 square feet under roof. Next time we will have someone else do it. We have 3 great kids. Andrea 9, Cody 7, and James 4. I am fortunate enough to be a stay at home Dad and i Love it. We started a nonprofit foundation for people with physical limitations to provide outdoor sports. hing to do now that all but one of the kids are in school. Next year James will start school. I knew I could only clean the house and cook so much untill i would go nuts without some kind of work. Yes i do all of that kind of stuff and i think it is fun. I enjoy restoring old tractors and cars in the winter when i am not hunting. This years project in a 1949 chevy 1-ton dump truck. We moved around alot when i was young and I never really made any lifelong friends. Thought i would give this site a try and perhaps touch base with some old classmates. I loved PHS. It was a blast. I would like to hear from some of you, just to see how you are doing. We live about 3 hours from Pittsburg. Never made it back though. Take care and drop me a note. Bill
