I married Mary Beth Lukacs in July 1981, and we have three children (2 boys & a girl). Our two sons graduated from college, Brad recently received his commission and is a 2LT in the Massachusetts National Guard. I am very proud of his commitment to serve our country. After returning from active duty for Operation Iraqi Freedom, my wife and I bought a Harley Davidson - Road King.

my unit will be returning home.
Workplace
I joined the Belfast Police Department in January 1980 and graduated from the police academy in November of 1981. In September of 1989 I resigned from the police department to become a probation officer in Aroostook County. My initial intent was to transfer back to the coast, but fell in love with Aroostook County and decided to stay here. I am a juvenile probation officer and although the job has its moments, for the most part I enjoy what I do.
