but God has other plans. Now, after 38 years of serving congregations, I cannot imagine having spent my time and energy doing anything more gratifying. Thankfully, my life has avoided the relational and professional turn-over trends: been happily married (with ups & downs) for 40 years and pastored in two communities for 10+ years. I pray that my bride continues her graceful toleration! Since March '17 I have operated my own Financial Services business, offering life insurance, tax-advantaged retirement instruments, help with debt management, opportunities for investments and active money management. This is a new venture for me as I continue to preach in an occasional capacity as called on by congregations in the area.
