More about Bill:"married 21 years to my beautiful wife, Naomi. She is my soulmate, best friend, and strength in my life. I thank my lucky stars each and every day that I found her. Me,being from a large city and her from a small town in upstate NY;what were the odds of us ever even meeting? It was my destiny to find her. Have a fine son named Billy. He was an excellent athlete in high school, excelling in football as a RB and LB.He also ran track. He led the section in scoring, was third in rushing yards his senior year, and was also named Offensive MVP in State Quarterfinal game . (Yeah, I am just a little proud of him!) Although he is a great athlete, he is an even better person. He is kind, caring, respectful, humble, and family oriented. Every coach or teacher have nothing but positive things to say about him. I am so grateful to have him as a son! He was recruited by several D III schools to play football and decided on Mo...Expand for more
rrisville State, outside Syracuse. Unfortunatley, he inherited his father's knees and was unable to play. He is presently atteding Plattsburgh State and is a junior. We lost our beautiful daughter, Shannon Renee in an auto accident last year. She was 16 years old. It is going on 18 months since her death, and it doesn't seem to be getting easier. I know I will see her again, but I miss her dearly! The terrible tragedy reinforces the sad fact that it doesn't always happen to the other guy. Many people will say "I can't imagine what it would feel like, losing a child." Well, they are correct. The sadness, pain, longing, anger, denial, they are all real and so powerful. Some days you feel like you are possibly healing, only to wake up the next day and feel like it just happened and you are back to square one. Please say a prayer for her. We are in the process of finalizing a memorial scholarship in her name. Two of her classmates started one this past spring. They raised money through bake sales and organized a raffle for a very nice handmade quilt. She wanted to study Environmental Sciences in college, so it would be offered to a graduating senior interested in that field, biology, or possibly chemistry. The first grant was awarded at Shannon's graduation. If you would like donate to the scholarship fund, please let me know.We are in the final stages of setting up the non-profit status with the state of New York.".
