Bill's Story
You may not remember the 1957 Chevy I drove in High school, but it was a classic. That was before I bought the 1965 GTO. What a time we had in that little buggy.
While we were in the Navy we owned a 1967 Camero-Rally Sport, but after the girls were born we settled down and bought an Orange Oldsmobile Vista-Cruiser. When we pulled the Colman Camper behind, we were a sight to behold, as we traveled most of the major state parks east of the Mississippi.
Now Jane and I are both retired, and we travel by train or in our little Toyota Matrix. 5-speed high performance 122 HP. (CUV) compact utility vehicle. Wow what a change in life style.
After college we stayed in Ohio and worked to raise two girls and went to school. And joy-of-joys now we have one son-in-law and three grand children, and one son-in-law on the way in May.
Typical Mid Western life style.

We love wine and usually make a trip to the Finger Lakes region in NY for 5-6 cases of wine. Just enough to last through the summer. Then it's off to Niagara-on-the-lake for the Shaw Festival and of course more wine.
In the spring we like to go south and watch MLB Spring Training. Last spring it was out to the Cactus League in Arizona, by train. Well, you know we had to make a trip up to the Grand Canyon for a few days, while we were out there. Train Robbers and all, we had a good time. I did rent a Dodge Challenger, 260 HP. Boy did that turn heads.
Send me a line or e-mail me, I'd love to hear from you.
Update on the autos: This past spring we bought a 1997 Mercedes SL 320 Convertible. Wow, what a ride.

Next year I guess it's back to the Grape Fruit League in Florida for Spring Training. Then off to see Mt Rushmore, Jane wants to see that area.
