Bill's Story
After high school I enlisted in theAir Force. I served in Vietnam and enrolled in the University of Houston after my service. I was able to cover my college expenses through the GI bill. I received a BA in Psychology in 1970 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 1973.
I was a founding partner in Beirne, Maynard & Parsons, which grew to one of the largest Civil Litigation firms in the Nation, with over 100 Trial Lawye...Expand for more
rs, before Tort Reform in Texas. I enjoyed specializing in Aviation Litigation for over 40 years before retiring . I am dedicated to Charitable organizations, Community Service, and Ranching at this time. I have been blessed with a wonderful family, including 4 grandchildren. My wife of 30 years, Judy Page Maynard, died in an automobile accident on Memorial Day 2013. This past Christmas 2016 I gave my girlfriend an engagement ring. I consider myself a very blessed man.
