Bill's Story
After High School I went to Point Loma College and got married to Jill Wheeler after graduating in 1981. We moved to MA for seminary at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and ended up planting a church there in Danvers, MA that we led till 1988. We then moved to SoCal again and co-planted The Coast Vineyard just north of La Jolla. kids (Andrew, Whitney & Caleb) moved to Redding, CA and have been there since. I am now the senior pastor of Risen King Community Church and have also been an adjunct professor at Simpson University since 1996 and Tozer Theological Seminary since 2006. Jill and I just launched a ministry school called the LIFE Equipping Center. Jill and I have been married for 30 years and still loving each other and our life! We have 3 grown kids, a daughter-in-law and one grandson.
