Bill's Story
Let's see, what's been going on. Well, lets just say I'm classified as something I would have never thought; I'm a divorced, Moderate Republican who works for the Federal Government. How the hell did I get here?
Went to U of M after graduation. 2 years in, they decided to upgrade radio/TV studios so they put my major on hold. I showed them, I quit. You can see the mess they've become since then. (Bad move #1)
Met and married a wonderful schizophrenic, bi-polar identical twin. That lasted 7 years too long. (Bad move #2). Divorced and moved back to Westland. Got a job working for the Post Office. (Good move #1). Currently I'm working in Ypsilanti. For those of you who live in Ypsi, all complaints will be swiftly handled in the order they come in, sometime between now and my retirement in 15 years if the job doesn't kill me first.
About 7 years ago I became active in the community theatre ...Expand for more
in Wayne (yes Wayne's best kept secret is their community theatre). Have been involved with close to 25 shows since then. Picture in profile is of me playing Amos in the musical Chicago. Met current wife and step-daughter doing theatre. (Good move #2)
Amy is the manager of CATO Clothing in Garden City (next to the Kroger on Middlebelt for you females still in the area). Daughter Alyssa is currently a Junior at Wayne Memorial. She is active in theatre and music, was just elected President of Senate, and is one of those straight A student people that never studies. I hate the smart ass little brat. (Not true, I'm actually very impressed with her)
Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion. Hopefully I won't have any show conflicts. Things I miss most about high school: drinking "Baby Millers", try to make the perfect Tequila Sunrise and being at the "Drive In" not watching the movie!
