Bill's Story

After graduating from Santana I enlisted in the Navy Submarine Service and went into Navy Nuclear Power Program. I married Bonnie Thacher (class of 1969) in March, 1975, We have been married for 35 years. We have two sons Billy is 31, He just graduate with his Masters in International Relations in June, 2009. Douglas is 29 and is Retired from US Army Airbourne after a jump accident in Germany. He got married in July...Expand for more
, 2009 to Christie Schulte they live in Apex, NC where they bought a house. Bonnie now has a daughter. I retired in October, 1993 from the US Navy after 24 years in the Submarine Service. I have worked on San Clemente Island, Ca. for the last 15 years. Bonnie and I live in El Cajon, and have no plans of ever moving again, after all of our moving in the service. We enjoy traveling in our Motorhome with our three dogs.
