Life-DID I MENTION THAT I'M a JOCK? Started working out in 2001 right after 9/11. I HAVE ROCK HARD EVERYTHING! Feb 25th 2009, been watching this show on ABC TV called True Beauty. Learning that what is beautiful on the outside should also be beautiful on the inside. I take great care of my skin, I use anti aging cream on my face and an exclusive skin lotion to keep my skin looking great even at 37. It's about taking pride in what you look like, and that's NOT vain at all.........
Nov. 2008, had braces for almost 3 years, had them off and now
Dec. 18th 2008, exactly 18 years ago we had an artic blast in 1990! I was about 1 foot from going in the ditch near Sultan Basin road, luckily, a cute guy in a FORD 4x4 pulled me out before I ended up in the dictch.Oct. 27th, 2008. UPDATE! BRACES OFF TODAY!!!! I am now at 252lbs of pure muscle. I have rock hard abs, I'm an avid swimmer (swim 20 laps 4 days a week) I'm working out about 2.5 hours a day. BUILT JOCK 6'2 250LBS OF PURE MUSCLE AND A 6 PACK OF ABS, THAT'S ABS "NOT" A 6 PACK OF BEER! 19.5" biceps. I grew up on christian music such as Point of Grace, Steve Green, Wayne Watson, Sandi Patti, Michael English. this heavy weigths for 3 mos and light for 1 mo. then back to heavy heavy for 3. It has really helped get over my plateau. I have gotten much more bigger in the last 6 mos. It is hard to imagine 20 years as almost passed since HS. I left after my junior year, couldn't stand it any longer. I soon after met a girl I dated for 4.5 years and almost got married. that was in April of 94 that it ended. I started dating again in Jan. '99 and it wasn't until July '99 that I started to "come out" Needless to say, gay guys are attracted to HOT bodies, so I soon learned that I had to get one quick!
I've been working out real hard on my body at the gym, currently squating 330 lbs at the gym on my "behind" and working on my legs really hard as well. My legs & butt are built like bricks! Been done with school now for like 10 years, so now it's all about ME! So all you athletic jocks/boys who girls thought were HOT back then, well, do you measure up now? I love to water ski, snow ski, travel, been on some cruises. I met my boyfriend Dean in the summer of 2001 and we got together in 2002, he's from Miami. LOL I don't tan, he does, oh well. I remember all those hot girls back then, Kim Dunn, Jo Repnik, Connie Cass. I'm not ashamed to be gay, it's who I am now. Sometimes I'm into the gay scene, I go to places like the Cuff in Seattle or to this stand and model bar called Purr Seattle (purr as in kitty) if you plan on going to that bar, you had better have your gym membership renewed, LOL. I really cannot WAIT till my 20th year reunion! It's gona be smokin HOT! Trust me, when I walk in the room, people are going to ask "who is he?" More like "OH MY GOD" Girls, I'll lift up my shirt so you can see and feel my hard abs. I might have to bring my VERY HOT boyfriend :-)
School
didn't really like SHS, so i left after my junior year for community college.
I blow off steam at the gym, I think about all the guys who rejected me because I wasn't HOT when I "came out" that is what motivated me in the beginning to be more muscular and rippped.
