William J.'s Story

Life My wife - Vinera (Cacioppo), another K.P. classmate. We met in the 4th or 5th grade at Barry School. Through grammar school and all through high school at K.P. we were nothing more than just friends. Since we both lived on Wrightwood, a block apart from each other, I would pass her house on the way to school and we'd walk to school together, yet during all that time we never dated. About a year or so after graduation was when we started dating. It wasn't until after we were engaged that we discovered that many years earlier, in another neighborhood, we also lived on the same street, Avers, just south of North Ave and a block apart. We both attended Bethel Lutheran School for...Expand for more
kindergarten and not only were we in the same kindergarten class, but we stood next to each other in the class picture. . .Destiny? Who's to know?. Children? We have two. Our son, Brian, is married, and lives in Moraga, CA, a suburb of San Francisco. Brian is a Sr. Tech and Trouble Shooter for a business software company in San Francisco and his wife, Jenn, is a very successful Doctor of Developmental Child Psychology, Lecturer, Researches & Teaches at Berkley in CA. Our daughter, Carleen, is married and lives with her husband Rick, who's in R&D for a large international electronics corporation and our two beautiful grand-daughters, Katelyn Olivia and Emma Grace, in Round Lake.
