Billie's Story
Life
Located to Phoenix in '99 (from South Bend), where I'm a Director of Outreach for the United Methodist Desert Southwest Conference. (AZ and S. Nevada). I staff, vision, implement mission as well as work with church strategy. In particular I work w/inner city families, as well as train folks on a national level in urban ministry, motivational speaking etc re: the marginalized, gangs, making a difference. lina; APECA (assisting young girls who have escaped from human trafficking). Was named Distinguished Evangelist 2004 (global honor) for my work w/gangs, inner city families. I'm basically the same I was in high school so yes, it's a miracle! Toured with my own R & R band for years, and still perform now and then, mostly locally. Two awesome sons - Chris - graduate of Purdue, now living in Chevy Chase, MD, working for Bovis Lend Lease as a Project Enginner; and Justin, 23, bartending here in Phx. Hope all of you are well!
