Blanche's Story

I went to UCLA, married Tony Bellen and in 1969 moved to Israel. Today I am known as Shoshana, we live in a small town between Haifa and Tel Aviv. We raised 2 great kids and have 4 amazing grandkids. We have an exciting, very fulfilling life. Both worked very hard trying to make a difference with our life choices. Fly to the west coast usually once a year to visit with family and friends. hern India, below Tibet);. Travelling throw Patagonia, Iguasu, Buenos Aires and culminating the trip with the Carnaval in Rio; Cambodia and Vietnam (every American who grew up in the 60s needs to visit this amazing country- in many ways it is a journey to part of our roots) . Talking about roots, the next trip will be to travel the journey my parents took from the small shtel in Poland, through the horrors of the Holocaust, to the DP camp I was born in, to our new life in the United States.
