Bob's Story
I finally got married to Vicki in 2002 after 40 years of being a bachelor.I have 2 stepsons Dan(19)& Brian(18). Currently living in Lake Orion,Michigan.After working as head baker at Home Bakery downtown rochester after 15 years I shot to New York after enrolling at the Culinary Institute of America where I majored in baking and pastry art.Then moved back to michigan working as pastry chef for some of the detroit areas best restaurants, and hotels.I ope...Expand for more
ned my own bakery and deli in rochester in 1997, but sold it after 10 years of ownership.Thanks to all of the fellow grads who used to stop by for lunch. I miss the gab sessions.I'm now working as a pastry chef for the motorcity casino in detroit and for the palace in auburn hills for the detroit pistons, also handling entertainer needs,including musical guests,restaurants,buffet production,banquets,suites,basically what ever they need at both locations.
