Bob's Story
Bob Doherty. I am the only one from the Weymouth High School class of 1950 that has paid the 20 bucks to post stories and photographs. I have NOT received any emails from anyone. Is that the other 333 who graduated with me don't want to or are they all dead? I grew up in North Weymouth. Lived In Washington DC, Arlington Va, Rye NH, New London CT, Sandwich MA, retired stock broker and financial advisor from a large investment firm in Boston and now and live in Lakeville MA. ct 2008. Well, 40 years of happiness is more than half of that time, most married couples can't say they have been happy that long. We were married in 1956 when I was in the US Army. In 1956 and 1957 I was stationd at Ft Meade Md at an anitiaircraft operations center where I was a long range radar operator for the missile air defense system around Washingtn DC and Baltimore. We lived off base in Washington DC. Sandy worked for a trust officer in a large Washington DC bank across the street from the White House. We lived in Washington DC until December 1957 when I was discharged from the Army. More to follow if I can remember it.
