Bob's Story
Life
After graduating from AES in 1989, I returned to Virginia to attend college at Virginia Tech. I graduated from Tech in 1993 with a double major in Political Sciences and History, all set to join US Dept. of State and follow in my mother's footsteps as a Foreign Service Officer. A funny thing happened along the way, and I decided to stay and live in Northern Virginia. I was hired by the Fairfax County Police Dept. in 1994, and I started my career in law enforcement. 0. I graduated from the George Washington University paramedic program in January 2001, and I began my new assignment as a Flight Officer/Paramedic. I am still working at the Helicopter Division as a Senior Flight Officer/Paramedic, and I was recently promoted to the rank of Master Police Officer in 2007.
I am currently single, and I live in Gainesville, Va. My older brother, David (class of 1988), also lives in Northern Virginia in Centreville. We keep in constant contact with one another, and we try our best to get out on the golf course together as often as our schedules allow.
