Bob's Story

Life I joined the Army in 1983 and stayed in for 9 years. I lived in Germany for 6 years and North Carolina for 3. In 1992 I returned to Fruitport. My 3 daughters all currently go to Fruitport schools. My girls are all VERY active in soccer and that keeps us busy year round. Army I decided to get out as an E-5/SGT. 6 years in Germany and 3 at Fort Bragg made for a great life experience that I will never forget. There are many people that I met over the years that still come to mind and bring a smile to my face. Cleo Humphrey, Larry Judkins, and Jimmy Forrest are like brothers to me. The military is a great experience. The friends you make can never be replaced.
