William's Story

Life Grace & I were married in Feb, 1952 while I was attending Kent State. Left KSU in 1953, and went to work in the finance business. Transferred to Kankakee, IL in 1957, then to Peoria, IL in 1958, then back to Akron in 1959. Lived in Cuyahoga Falls, then transferred to company's home office in Chicago, IL in 1968. Chicago area. Sold business in 1989 and moved to Myrtle Beach, SC. Now retired. Grace & I now married 50 years. Had 3 sons, Robert, now 48 yrs old, William, now 46 years old, and Brian, who passed away at age 23 in 1985. We enjoy Myrtle Beach very much. Lots of beaches and lots of golf courses. I play golf at least 3 days per week. I enjoy my life and my retirement.
