Life Background: Born in Portland, Maine, January 31, 1948. Attended Maynard Evans High School in Orlando, Florida. Active in all high school choral organizations. After military service, entered Seminole Community College with full scholarship and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Listed in Who's Who in American Colleges. Entered Florida State University in 1972 and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree. Active member of Phi Mu Alpha, professional music fraternity. Entered Rollins College in 1976 and graduated Summa Cum Laude with Masters Degree in 1978. Married Maureen J. Kelley in 1981. Daughters Shannon and Megan born 1982 and 1987 respectively.
