Bob's Story
Life
Been a long time since 1965 and Coalinga High!
Linda(Biles) and I have been married almost 42 years now! We still are looking towards retirement ....hopefully soon.
We have lived in Fresno-Clovis(12 years), back to Coalinga for 12 years(and we said we would never return when we left High School(ha)!), Denver(9 years), Houston( 3 years), and now back California in Stockton( last 5 years).
We have 3 kids and 6 grandchildren. All are doing well in Denver, Maryland, and Texas.
We enjoy taking our 67 Mustang to car shows and attend as many cars shows as...Expand for more
time permits. I am still working for the oil patch with Shell Pipeline, have 30 years and
hoping to retire in the next year or so.
Retirement years will hopefully be spent back in Colorado.
College
Took many years but I finally graduated from College with my 4 year business degree in 1999.
Military
Joined the Army in fall of 1965. Spent two years in Georgia and then 1 year with the 25th Infantry Division in Vietnam. Returned home in September 1968. Very fortunate to have returned from Vietnam alive....as many of our friends gave all and did not!
