Everything's movin here but much too slowly

Born in New England
Shovelin snow
Went to where the
Climate suited my clothes
Created a life
Not without strife
Learning from my mistakes
was not easy
But it ...Expand for more
sure kept me busy
Created a daughter and a son
Built a life where I could have fun
Worked at jobs that I did dislike
Told them all to take a hike
Started a business working with wood
Everyone asked, Do you think you should?
Thirty years out I still do what I like
I'm the only boss I won't tell
Take a Hike.
We start out our lives being told that one day when we grow up we will get a job, start a family, buy a car and a house, furnish this house and the lives we have created with everything that they need. We work so hard to achieve these predetermined goals....only to find later on in life that we missed out on the most important thing.... Living......I have no regrets about how my life came to be what it is today. A few things I may have done differently... but I've enjoyed the learning process....Early on in my life I realized... Life is very fragile...It can be gone in an instant.....I wanted to enjoy every moment of it as it was my last.....and did.....lately I seem to have to be reminded of this...because I lasted a lot longer than I thought I would.....HAHAHA!!...Peace and Love to All.....and DON't forget to LIVE!!!!".
