Bob's Story
Bob is from a 3rd generation Roseland & Morgan Park family in Chicago, Illinois. He has two grown children who live in the SF bay area, and is married to Rev. Jeanelyse Doran Adams. In addition to Fenger High School, he has a BA in Philosophy & Religion from Culver- ÂStockton College, matriculated 2 years of graduate school at the University of Chicago after serving in the Peace Corps in India in village-level ag Development, and a Masters in City Planning from UC Berkeley. tive Director for several affordable housing organizations in Chicago and the San Francisco bay area, he has been a middle school math, science & computer teacher in Oakland and El Cerrito, CA for the past 17 years.
Looking toward retirement in another year, Bob & Jeanelyse have a 2nd home in Woodland, CA.
An active Unitarian Universalist lay leader, Bob also has practiced & taught Tai Chi for more than 38 years.
