Robert's Story
Hi Everyone!
I can't believe I'm almost 68! WTF? I still feel (and act) like I'm 15, but it's hell when it looks like my Dad is staring back at me in the mirror when I'm shaving! However, I'm in great shape and lost 22 pounds over the last year--I feel terrific.
I'm blissfully retired and recently moved here to Indianapolis. Previously, I lived in Huntington Beach, then Long Beach and Costa Mesa before moving to Milliken, Colorado in June of 2019 as my son lives there. I met a terrific guy and decided to move to ...Expand for more
where he's got family in Indianapolis and I haven't regretted a moment.
I work part time for Hobby Lobby in Avon, IN. It keeps me occupied and the extra $$ is cool. I love everyone I work with there and it's fun for the most part. I miss my friends in Huntington Beach, but I visited August 2020 to celebrate a friend's 70th. I'll be back again at the end of July 2021 for the Alumni Picnic at Lake Park so I hope to see you there.
