Bob's Story

Life I married my high school sweetheart in 196l (Sharry Hansen). Graduated from OU and was commissioned a 2nd Lt in the USAF. Spent 30 years in the Air Force and retired as a Colonel. Sharry and I have three children, all girls, all married, and all college graduates. We also have 7 grandchildre. Sharry was a homemaker and outstanding mom to our girls and I attribute much of the success I have had personally to her as well as the success of our girls. We are now totally retired. We stay busy. Sharry is a life time seamtress and now her main interest is in quilting. She belongs to the local quilt guild and has many beautifuly quilts she has crafted...Expand for more
. My main interest these days is tennis. I play about 5 times a week, and am a member of a tennis leaque team. I am one of the singles players. I also have continued my interest in racquet servicing and am a certified Master Racquet Technician, the highest rating among racquet technicians in the United States Racquet Stringers Association. I string tennis, squash and racquet ball racquets, mostly as hobby and to pay for my tennis habit. I also still enjoy auto repair, woodworking, and lawn work. In addition, I still love to fish but don't fish as much as I would like. Sharry and I have had a wonderful life together and are thankful for our good health.
