Bobbi's Story

Life Hello everyone! I have been living in Texas since 1992. I came to Texas to attend Texas Tech University, where I received my bachelors degree in Family Consumer Science Education. friends who's lives went in different directions. I love the fact that I am independent and can support myself. Working with disadvantaged kids has brought new meaning to my life and it has made me realize how important family and true friends are. I regret to say I have not kept in contact with anyone, but I would like to hear from some of my friends from high school. I try to visit Illinois where my father still lives, at least once a year. But as ya'll can see I have been reborn in Texas. I have also lost my midwest accent, and replaced with a southern accent which is highly noticeable when I visit Illinois.
