Bobbie's Story

Life Roland Mann (Northwest Rankin, Southern Miss and UNA graduate) and I have been married since April 28, 1990. We dated almost seven years before we were married. We have two wonderful children. Brittany is 13. She loves to sing, act, play the piano and drums, write, read, play fast pitch softball (she is an awesome pitcher), volleyball, basketball and so much more. Brett is 8. He is all boy! He loves being involved with Scouts, superheros, army men, baseball, basketball and of course...so much more. Our family has two pets. We got Dusty (cat) when Brittany was three years old and Goldy (lab mix) is three years old. in Flowood to Northwest Rankin Attendance Center. Northwest Rankin (started in the 10th grade) 1982-1984 Hinds Community College University of Southern Mississippi Mississippi State University (two tours of duty--the first for my masters degree and the second for my Ph.D.) College Began my college career at Hinds Community College. Transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi. After working for a year at William Carey College, I decided it was time to go to Graduate School. After graduation it was off to California State University, Northridge for approx. 3 1/2 years. Returned to Mississippi State University for a job but decided it was time to begin my PhD degree. As of March 30, 2007, I successfully defended my dissertation and graduated May 4, 2007. Home As of January 2008, we now call home Oxford, Mississippi.
