Bobbie's Story

Hello all Sorry to say, I left FMHS in December of my senior year because I was expecting my first child. School board said I couldn't stay! I had married early--big mistake--in the summer of 1969. und as an adult. I waited to finish my education--I graduated USC with an MLIS and worked 16 years in the public school system of Charleston County, SC. That was after a 5 year work history of being in the Nuclear field as a contractor. Yes I glow green....ha! Prior to that I was simply a minimum wage worker and mom. Presently, I've returned to USC to obtain a Specialist Degree in Archives. Sometimes I read the Facebook posts of 'The Old Fort Mill' and wonder what everyone from FMHS is doing these days--what's their stories? I had the opportunity to live in FM back in 94-96 and get to know how wonderful my former classmates really are. For the rest of you out there--hello! That's my story...and I'm sticking to it!
