My last work-term was at Hewlett Packard as an Assoc Program Manager. Also got involved in business case competitions, travelling to Montreal, and UNB. Got involved in Shad Valley at McMaster as a Faculty member of Arts, Entrepreneurship, and Engineering (from '02-'04) 2003 - Started working at Kraft Canada in marketing for Cheese. Also auditioned for Second City and got into their Advanced Conservatory training program, which I finished in Jan 2004. 2005 - Living downtown Toronto, Left Kraft and started at Unilever working on Dove Masterbrand. This included building Dove brand essence and working on the Global Campaign for Real Beauty and the Dove Self-Esteem Fund, designed to debunk beauty stereotypes. 2006 - Left brand marketing, started my own company called Raeallan, which does Corporate Training and Motivational Speaking. I do offsite half-day and full-day sessions in teambuilding, group dynamics, and brainstorming. I also do soft-skills workshops and keynote addresses.
