Bonnie's Story
Never did like going to school and after graduating from Saguaro, went to ASU. Landed a part time job in retail and quit school to work full time. I enjoyed working in administration. Best part of my life was having my daughter, Mandy in 1976 when I was married to my first husband, Lane for 9 years. Mandy become a high school teacher at Saguaro in the 80's, married 2 years ago and moved to Coronado where I frequently travel.
Love to travel, enjoy wine, cook, entertain and try new things. Been rafting, hot air balloning, scuba diving in Hawaii, hiked the Grand Canyon, gone to Beijin for the Paralympics where my son in law won the Gold in Wheelchair Rugby. Also taken many trips to Mexico in the past. Had a hip replaced, so not very physically active, but never really was....Expand for more
I have been married to the same great guy for 27 years now, sho is 7 years younger than me and also have a stepson, Peter. Both of my parents are still living and are in their 80's so I enjoy spending time with them. Now, I work partime in a hair salon at the front desk and love meeting and greeting. I could write a book on people I have met. Unfortunately, I never made it to the reunion and I still regret it. I was so saddened to hear about Bonnie Singer passing away and realized that life is way too short to pass up on any opportunities to reconnect with some of you. Hope to hear from some of you,
Best Wishes, Bonnie
My current age is 58. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be retired and inactive. I was so completely WRONG.
