Bonnie's Story
Hello class of 78.
Well, that is all old news now. The newest bit of info is that I am officially 50 yrs old now. eehh gads, how did it happen so fast.
I went to Hawaii for a week to celebrate my bday, and it was fun and, oh so, hot. Went on a catamaran sailing and saw lots of flying fish and 1 turtle in the sea. Got a bit of heat stroke and for my bday dinner went to one of the most expensive restaurants in HI and couldn't eat a thing. The lefts overs were really good the next day, though. :-)
I am now looking for a part time job; my bad back keeps me from working full time, which sucks!
I am keeping busy with my little sewing business. I make handbags and tote bags. I even have a booth at Cranberry Hill Mercantile in Sunnyvale with some of my creations. I hope they sell like hot cakes. I also have an ebay store selling...Expand for more
scrapbooking things, which keeps me pretty busy, too.
Anyone out there from the class of 78, write and say hi.

In the past 10 years, I've earned two bachelor's degrees, one was during the height of the Dot com. craze, and got to be a we programmer for all of 6 months before the dot.com crashed. So, I became an accountant, and I sort of like it. Jury is still out on that one.
Have been on three wonderful cruises. to the Caribbean and the Mediterranean I am now the queen of cruising. I am not working due to back problems. I still live in PA, couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I never got married. Mr. Right just hasn't showed up yet :-) No kids, either, but I have an adorable, whiny 2yr old cat named Anabelle.
