Let's see, since MHS-- went to Santa Rosa JC fall of '89, then spring and fall of '90. Enlisted in the Air Force and was active duty from Jan '91 to August '92. Got out through Clinton's "early out" program to back to school. Returned to SRJC-- attended from fall '92 through spring '94. Transferred from SRJC to Chico State summer of '94, graduated Chico State with Computer Information Systems degree May 2000. Worked for McKesson Corp in Rancho Cordova doing PC support until they did mass layoffs due to corporate restructuring in August 2003. Got a job doing global PC support for Oracle in Rocklin about 5 weeks later. That lasted about 7 months-- then they sent our jobs to frickin' India! After that got a job as a cont...Expand for more
ractor doing PC field support for Kaiser Permanente at their South Sacramento hospital. Then beginning of September '04 got a call from an old McKesson Corp co-worker and got hooked up with a permanent job as an Information Security Analyst for Kaiser at their data center in Corona. This started in Oct 2004, and quit in April 2014. The new job didn't work out, so after a month or two of figuring out what I wanna do, I ended up doing IT work for Sutter Health as a contractor. They never converted me to employee as they suggested they would, so I left for a permanent job in Las Vegas, where I have lived and worked for the last three years. I'm currently a Database Engineer, but I may return to Sutter Health soon. I miss Sacramento!
