Boyd's Story
Since high school I completed a Mission for my church, finished College with a AS from Ricks College and BS degree, the last from Brigham Young University in 1977. I joined the Air Force in 1970 and spent most of my time in the service in Sacramento, California with short stays at Anderson AFB in Guam (about 200+ days) and Kadena AFB in Okinawa (about 179 days) plus a couple of TDY's to 4 or 5 bases in the USA. After the Air Force time while going to school, I worked as a plat technician for the Utah County Recorders Office. I moved to the Phoenix area in 1978 and began work at Airesearch Mfg. of Arizona later to become AlliedSignal Fluid Systems Company. I left there in 2000 due to layoffs and went to work at several places, at a cooking oil recovery company, the Sheriff's Department as a Guard, I worked with Mesa Airlines at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport as a ramp agent leaving there in December 2012 as a retired individual. We have currently 32 grandkids and are not expecting any more for a while at least for 5 months anyway. I have been busy in Church activities and in the Boy Scouts at the local, district and council level. In short I have been really busy.
