Brad's Story
After graduating Monterey, I crammed a 4yr degree into 6years at Tech. I blame it all on the Pikes. Since then I have worked in Finance doing mostly mortgages and man have they moved me around. In '92 I got my 1st branch with Norwest (now Wells Fargo) in lovely McAlester OK. That's where their state pen is so as you can imagine I felt quite at home. In '94 I moved to Ventura Ca. where I was until '97. I then was made an offer by Conseco and moved to Dallas doing those ever-so-popular Subprime mortgages. In 2000 they made me an Area manager and I moved to Littleton Co. Which is probably why the following year Conseco filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. I then went to work for Pulte Homes over seeing all their mortgage originations in the Las Vegas and Tucson areas. In 2005 another home builder Ryland Homes made me an offer I could not pass up and I once again moved. This time Phoenix. I was only there a year when they transfered me ...Expand for more
to Dallas where I have been for the last 3 years. It's been interesting the past few years working not only for a Home Builder but in their mortgage divison. With all that has gone on in this industry I thank God and Country for Jack Daniels and yes I still miss the New West and Fat Dawgs. For those of you who remember Mike or Michell Cantrell, I married their little sister Cheri back in '93 much to their horror I may add :)
Mike is staying at my house in Phoenix that I have not lived in for 3 years but still get to make the payments because I can't sell it. So if you ever need a place to stay in Phoenix just give me a shout.
7/1/10 Well gang as some of you may have heard I lost my beautiful bride last month. My heart is broken but i will cary on. Cheri- I have and always will love and cherish you.
