Bradford's Story
Life is what it is. Full of ups and downs. Not much has happened in my life, or at least not much that is interesting. But hey that is just me, I was there. You might find it interesting compared to your life, but I doubt it.
OK, here we go. Moved to Santa Rosa after school, joined the army, Basic training in South Carolina, Military Intelligence School in Texas and permanent party in Augsburg, Germany. I got to see the wall fall, but didn't get to go to the first gulf war. I left the army after 2 years, and moved back to corning in '91. Various jobs and a few years later I moved to Albuquerque, NM. I lived and worked in more various jobs (including graveyard gas station cashier, Ice cream truck driver, Customer service for AOL, dishwasher, Christmas basket maker in a high end cooking...Expand for more
store, and a cook.)
Then after a run of bad luck I moved back to Corning and worked at Shell as a graveyard gas station cashier for seven years.
Then after being convinced that I need to do something with my life, I enrolled in Culinary school in Portland, OR. A year and a half later with new skills and a hunger to cook good food, I moved to Sacramento to get cooking. I worked at the Hilton and the Cheesecake Factory.
Unfortunately the cooking jobs in Sac dried up about a year after I arrived there, so back into customer service I went, Safeway. That didn't work out either.
After looking and looking for any job (this was the same time that the economy went to heck in 2008.
To save my behind, back in Corning I am.
That doesn't even go into the girlfriends or the different cars I have had.
