Brenda's Story
Here's the short version:
I got married in October '78 and lived in Indianapolis for the next few years.
I relocated to Tampa, FL in '81 or '82 and lived there until 1993 when I moved to Asheville, NC.
While I lived in Asheville I attended Haywood Community College in Clyde, NC and studied Fine Metal Arts (jewelry making) and Design. Unfortunately, I've never been able to put that education to practice in my life.
In 1996 I moved to New Jersey (the way I'm moving up the East Coast I think my next stop will be Nova Scotia!)
In 1997, I married again and we had two sons, Ryan and Justin. We divorced and I've been (mostly) happily single since then. My boys live with me most of the time and are...Expand for more
very active - they keep me hopping! Ryan is almost 11 and Justin is 8. Both are very smart and in advanced classes at school. They both enjoy playing in sports too and that takes up a lot of my time.
I currently live in a very rural area of NJ - close to the point where NJ, NY and PA all meet up. To really see where it's at Google High Point State Park in NJ - I'm only about 10 minutes from there. It's very pretty here - mountains, woods, lots of farms. I saw a mother black bear with 3 cubs crossing the road in High Point State Park just this past weekend which was AWESOME!
I've been working as a secretary in the local Board of Education office for the last 5 years and enjoy it quite a lot.
