Brenda's Story
Life
I've been living in Los Angeles now for nearly 14 years. College brought me down, but the city, friends and job opportunities made me stay. I am not married, and have no children but that doesn't mean they aren't in my future! My roommate of 4 years is fabulous, a friend from my undergraduate college days. We've got a cute little apartment in the heart of the city that is close to everything.
Although the life path I am on is not the one I originally imagined for myself, the element of surprise keeps it exciting and I am extremely happy with where the madness has taken me. Outside of work, I voluneteer with a women's organization that raised scholarship monies for students at USC, and I am active with my sorority's alumnae organization.
College
I had a FANTASTIC college experience at USC, and words cannot describe it. My closest friends now are my sorority sisters, some of whom I would have never met if it wasn't for the house. I lived with 80 girls under one roof - so that was an experience in itself! There are just too many wonderful stories to share in such a litt...Expand for more

I also attended UCLA for graduate school earning my Masters Degree in Business/Marketing, finishing in June 2005. That was quite a trip, as I worked full time during it. Many of my friends and family didn't see me for the better part of 3 years. The experience was great and actually took me to New Zealand to experience small business practices and differing cultures - which was truly a phenomenal trip!
Instead of a "house divided" (LA folks know what I am referring to), I am a "person divided". Well, not really. There's no denying, my heart lies with USC and always will!!! Fight On!
Workplace
Currently, I am a Marketing Director for Warner Bros. in Burbank, CA. I've been with Warner for over 4 years, and in the entertainment industry for over 7 1/2 years.
Who knows where the future will take me, whether I am destined to be a lifer at the studios, or if I am better suited for something else. I am not totally convinced that the studios are my life calling, but it has been a wild ride thus far. I am looking forward to what future surprises lie ahead for me.
