Brenda Copple:  

Life Graduated from Rich South H.S. in 1975. Attended the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater my freshman year (75-76). Transferred to Western Illinois University in Macomb and graduated in May '79 with a BA in Communications. Went to work for Victoria Station Restaurants in Schaumburg as a "Management Trainee." In June of '82 I left the restaurant business and went to work for Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo. In August 2003 I retired from PepsiCo after twenty-one years. While climbing the corporate ladder I'd relocated nine times and held a variety of positions in Sales, Operations and Marketing. My last PepsiCo assignment took me to Sarasota, Florida where I lived on the beach and worked as Marketing VP in the Tropicana Division. To begin the post-PepsiCo chapter in my life I decided to move back to Dallas and enroll in graduate school full-time. In addition to on-campus classes, I completed study abroad courses in Egypt, Turkey, Greece and England. In May 2006 I graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Master of Liberal Arts degree. I'm single and do not have kids. After enjoying some free time, I'll go back to work.
