Brenda's Story
Hi,
Funny how time slips away, how we all went our own ways, some staying close to home, and others moving away, as I did, but after I retired. Times in school are now a memory and since not staying connected, seems distant at best. I did loose a lot of my memory because of the car accident -- hearing from you helps rebuild connections and sparks memory.
So if you will, share as much or as little as you wish, and if you email me, I will respond. May take a few days, as I am not on classmates all that often.
I invite you to visit the online gallery of my artwork Most pieces are available for sale - to be added to your private collection or sent as a personal gift. Visit brendaforemanart.com -- I would love to have your feedback!
About life since high school:
I traveled to India and Sri Lanka while a student at Capital U. I have a daughter, who lives in Texas.
Probably will not come as a surprise that I taught art for 30 years in the Worthington City Schools and am now retired and busy as ever getting on with my own art career as a fine artist, i.e. on-line gallery.
I moved to Indy the fall before the Colts won the Su...Expand for more
per Bowl.
If your travels ever bring you this way, let me know -- the downtown is alive with things to do, and I'll treat you.
Robert and I are a Match.com couple success story, married for almost 20 years and still crazy about each other. We designed the home we built and have the studio with North light that I used to dream about. Our home gardens were part of a local garden tour in 2009, only a year after our lawn came into existence. I am a daylily and hosta enthusiast. Little know fact: An African Violet I bought in 1970 was still thriving, but got over-watered and perished.
I am much more philosophical than I used to be in high school, and am interested in quantum physics and quantum mechanics -- seeing a relationship with spiritual/esoteric literature.
I am also trained in Reiki, as is my husband. We share an awe of the beauty in the world.
Like some of you, both my Mom and Dad have passed. Little did I know at the time, but an auto accident when I died --from shock- but was sent back -- prepared me to help them when it was their time.
Life is good. If you have any questions for me, please email me through my website.
